TIGER processes your data in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPRas well as the French Law n°2018-493 from June 20, 2018, thereafter named “GDPR”

What is personal data?

 According to the General Data Protection Regulation, personal data (or your data) are subject to special protection. These are information that can be assigned to your person (Article 4 (1) GDPR). This include your:

  • IP address
  • Pictures of you

This information may only be processed if a law expressly permits it or if you have consented to it (Article 6 GDPR).

What does “processing data” mean?

This is how we process your data

If you provide us with personal information (such as reporting a mosquito), we will securely store your personal information in order to process your request.

The first storage of data is based on Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Saving the data is required to process your request.

TIGER protects your data against unauthorized access by third parties through access controls, passwords, firewalls etc. Our website is Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (https: // ) encrypted. According to the principle of data economy, only the department has access to your data (see “Responsible authority”), which is the only responsible for the information request or complaint.

Information requests via our contact form

To contact TIGER, there is an online contact form at your disposition. We store and use the data entered by you in the contact form such as name, address and e-mail address, for the purpose of individual communication with you. These data are transmitted encrypted (SSL).

The legal basis for data storage is Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. We are only entitled to save your data if you have consented to it.

Consent

If you submit personal information via the contact form on our website, please consent to the processing of the data you provided for the purpose of answering your. You give us your active consent by ticking a box.

All other consents will be collected individually.

You can revoke your consent at any time (see “Your rights”).

Storage time

We do not store your data for longer than three years after the initial storage. During the entire storage period, you can revoke your consent to the storage of your data (see below for more information about “Your rights”). The legal basis for this storage is Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
